Regional Operations Manager- East Coast

Sunline Group is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to lead landscape, irrigation, tree care, and outdoor services operations in South Florida and East Coast markets. This is a hands-on operating role: the Regional Manager is expected to maintain regular, visible field presence, build direct working relationships with regional GMs and field teams, and drive accountability against a regional scorecard covering revenue, EBITDA, labor percentage, productivity, retention, and safety.

Location: Palm Beach, Florida

Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonus

The ideal candidate will have experience with large commercial landscaping platforms, regional landscaping companies, tree care companies, or outdoor services operators.

• Own the operating and financial performance of the assigned region, including revenue, EBITDA, direct labor percentage, productivity, customer retention, and safety.
• Implement the regional growth plan under Company direction, including sales priorities, new revenue streams, cross-selling, and market development.
• Build and manage sales and operating scorecards with clear owners, driving accountability for pipeline, conversion, revenue, margin, and retention outcomes.
• Ensure regional compensation and commission structures align with Company strategy, coordinating clearly with management, Human Resources, and Finance.
• Maintain regular, visible field presence and develop effective working relationships with the regional GM, supervisors, and field teams.
• Prepare and present accurate regional scorecards, root-cause analyses, action plans, owners, and deadlines to Company leadership.
• Implement Company operating systems — including Aspire, fleet-management standards, reporting, and accountability processes — within the assigned region.
• Proactively identify regional operating issues and execute corrective plans in coordination with Company leadership.
• Manage labor capacity, crew structure, routing, utilization, equipment, and production efficiency within the region.
• Support integration, onboarding, and performance management of regional operating leaders and newly acquired businesses, as assigned.
• Escalate material financial, personnel, safety, customer, or compliance risks promptly.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in landscaping, irrigation, tree care, vegetation management, outdoor services, public works, utilities, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated command of P&L fundamentals: revenue, EBITDA, direct labor %, crew utilization, routing, and production, margins, budgets, and operational KPIs.
• Track record of hands-on operating execution — process discipline, corrective action, and follow-through on deliverables.
• Proven experience as a General Manager, Regional Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, or senior field operations leader

• Strong knowledge of commercial landscaping operations, crew productivity, job costing, scheduling, safety, service quality, fleet/equipment utilization, and labor planning.
• Experience managing field-based teams and multiple crews.
• Experience with municipal, HOA, commercial, property management, or public-sector customers preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regular Florida East Coast
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
