Starting at $16-$17/hour, as a Shift Leader
, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, speed, and quality service while leading and mentoring a team. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our operational standards, keeping the team motivated, and preparing for peak business hours.
