Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of technicians, ensuring they provide exceptional service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Use your experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites to guide your team and troubleshoot any challenges that arise.

Foster a positive work environment where team members feel valued and encouraged to excel.

Ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting the needs of our customers and exceeding their expectations.

What You Need to Succeed:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license, minimum of 5 year driving history.

Experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead by example and coach your team to successA valid driver's license and the ability to work at least a 40-hour workweek

Willingness to work weekends as needed
