Senior Director (L4) | Build the operating engine behind Loudr’s next chapter.

• REPORTS TO: President & COO
• LOCATION: West Palm Beach, Florida
• COMPENSATION: $180,000 annual salary

Loudr is at a point where growth requires more than excellent individual departments. It requires one leader who can see the whole system, connect it, challenge it, and build what comes next.

This is one of the most influential leadership seats in the company. As a visible member of Loudr’s senior leadership team, you will help shape company priorities, organizational structure, and the way the agency grows. You will lead the operational performance, integration, and scalability of our delivery organization across Strategy, Creative, Media, Production, Web & SEO, Technology, Automation & AI, Project Management, and Creative Operations.

This is not a traditional project management or traffic role. You will lead leaders, make enterprise-level decisions, set standards, create visibility, and ensure Loudr delivers work that is creatively distinctive, commercially effective, and sustainably profitable.

Working closely with the President & COO, Client Services, Finance, People Operations, Technology, and discipline leaders, you will own Loudr’s delivery operating system from intake and scoping through execution, optimization, quality assurance, and learning.

• Build one connected delivery engine. Create the systems, rhythms, and accountability that allow every discipline to operate as one agency.
• Lead leaders. Develop strong discipline heads, clarify decision rights, and raise the standard for ownership across the company.
• Turn growth strategy into operating reality. Translate ambition into capacity, structure, priorities, talent, process, and measurable execution.
• Create commercial discipline. Make scope, utilization, staffing, delivery performance, and margin visible enough to act on early.
• Operationalize innovation. Turn AI, automation, technology, and LVIS into daily advantages for our teams and clients.
• Protect what matters while building what is next. Scale the business without sacrificing people, quality, creativity, trust, or the entrepreneurial energy that makes Loudr Loudr.

Lead the Agency Operating System

• Own the day-to-day operational performance of Loudr’s delivery organization.
• Build clear operating rhythms across intake, scoping, prioritization, staffing, production, approvals, quality assurance, delivery, and post-project learning.
• Create real visibility into timelines, dependencies, capacity, scope, risks, blockers, and decision ownership.
• Simplify handoffs, reduce rework and unnecessary meetings, and solve recurring breakdowns at the root.
• Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks that scale Loudr’s best work without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
