Coordinator Preschool Ministry - IFG

Position Overview: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for assisting the Pastor to Children and Families for the Campus in managing and overseeing the ministries and office operations of the Preschool Ministry.

Reports Directly to
Campus Pastor

Reports Indirectly to Network Lead Kids Ministry

• Ability to meet all minimum eligibility requirements to be a member of Family Church.
• Affirm the FCN statements of belief and practices as codified in our organizational bylaws and detailed in the Baptist Faith and Message confessional statement of 2000.

• Work a flexible schedule, which includes Sunday Mornings and Wednesday Nights .

• Assist and qualify potential leaders, provide accountability to their role .
• Provide weekly support through hallway coordinators and team.
• Contact and encourage all leadership teams.
• Requests from Volunteers.
• Special Events - outreach activities, Leadership Training, High Attendance Days, Kids Camp, Kids and Leadership Retreats, summer activities, and other special events as scheduled or promoted.
