- Construction experience or bandsaw operation preferred
- Ability to operate , adjust, and maintain power tools
- Basic math skills for measurements and tracking
- A strong work ethic and team-player attitude
- Operate a Smart Saw to repair pallets
- Adjust machines, change blades, and follow safety procedures
- Lift and maneuver pallets (75-85 lbs.) throughout your shift
- Keep up with fast-paced production while maintaining quality.
- Track production records and organize recovered materials
- Maintain a clean work area and restock lumber
- Be ready for overtime and occasional Saturdays (extra $$!)
