- Perform surface refinishing work.
- Prepare surface, masking/protecting adjacent areas, sanding, priming, etc.
- Handle, apply, and dispose of surface coatings.
- Ensure surface coatings / refinish products are properly formulated in terms of color and finish texture.
- Apply refinish coatings.
- Inspect refinish products to ensure proper formulation meets color match and finish texture standards.
- Clean and maintain all paint formulation and application equipment.
- Comply with applicable procedures and regulations regarding mixing, labeling, applying and disposing of paint and related materials.
- Wear and use appropriate safety equipment at all times.
- Follow all job‑related safety and health procedures.
- Assist with special projects assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.
- Alternatively, a higher degree or certification in a related discipline, or 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Must be able to clear a pre‑employment drug test.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship (no OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future).
