Production Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator for a contract/temporary opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This hands-on manufacturing role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of production, machine operation, or general operations experience who enjoys working in a structured, team-focused environment.

• Set up production machines, including calibration, cleaning, and preparation for operation.
• Control and adjust machine settings to support efficient and accurate production.
• Feed raw materials into machines and monitor equipment during the shift.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that may occur during production.
• Inspect finished goods to identify non-conforming products and support quality control standards.
• Maintain accurate records of approved units, defective units, and inventory-related activity.

• Pay rate: $18 per hour.

  Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
