LATICRETE International is hiring for a Second Shift production lead on an hourly basis in Florida. The role focuses on coordinating 5–8 pieces of equipment, validating orders, and preparing materials for the batch process.
You will start up machinery, monitor schedules, and ensure safety and housekeeping are maintained throughout the shift. You will collaborate with the Production Manager, train new teammates, and provide shift handoffs with productivity and quality reports.
