Pay Rate: Up to $40/hour

Beach Breeze Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical leadership team. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and supporting nursing staff in a collaborative environment.

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing operations

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations

• Monitor nursing staff performance to ensure duties are performed according to job descriptions

• Conduct daily rounds to maintain and enhance nursing care standards

• Participate in state and federal surveys and inspections

• Address staff concerns and escalate complaints or grievances to the Director of Nursing Services as appropriate

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida

• Prior nursing home or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
