As a Registered Nurse, you will be pivotal in providing high-quality member care across various healthcare environments. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care aimed at promoting health and recovery. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that care is holistic and centered around the member's needs, while also advocating for their care and providing education to both members and their families.

Your role will involve managing complex medical and surgical cases, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and wound care, to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Your contributions will directly enhance member safety, comfort, and overall well-being through evidence-based practices and empathetic nursing care.

• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in medical/surgical nursing with direct member care.
• Skillful in telemetry monitoring and wound care techniques.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Advanced certifications such as Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) or Wound Care Certification.
• Experience in advanced practice roles or collaboration with nurse practitioners.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare informatics.

• Deliver direct member care by assessing conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments per established protocols.
• Empower members and their families through education on disease management, post-discharge care, and health promotion.
• Provide comprehensive wound care management, monitoring for signs of infection and complications.
• Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor members for cardiac and respiratory issues, responding quickly in emergencies.
• Safeguard members' rights and needs by coordinating with healthcare providers for comprehensive, individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing interventions and clinical observations in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurse practitioners, to enhance member outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
