Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity – Day Shift
This full‑time opportunity offers 36 hours per week, full benefits, and a convenient night shift schedule. Overtime and various shifts may be available for interested candidates.
Wellington Regional Medical Center is a 235‑bed acute care hospital located in Wellington, Florida and is owned by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc.
ResponsibilitiesProvides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Applies patient‑centered care principles.
Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. Recognizes stroke symptoms and initiates stroke alert procedures, verbalizes the stroke alert process, assists with ICU telemedicine consults, and supports transport of stroke alert patients to and from CT scans. Maintains currency in stroke knowledge through annual online training.

- Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program
- Prefer one year full‑time or three years part‑time experience in an acute care setting
- BLS (current upon hire)
- ACLS and/or required specialty training or course completion (or obtained within three months of employment) in required specialty
- Current Florida nursing license
- Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility
