As a private duty nurse on our home health team, you’ll care for medically complex patients, primarily children, in a personalized, low‑stress environment.

• Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN
• Administer medications and treatments based on individualized plans
• Educate and support families in‑home care techniques
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Document visits using our easy‑to‑use EMR system
• Be a trusted part of a long‑term care team focused on safety, comfort, and continuity

• Active LPN license
