OverviewBeach Breeze Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical leadership team. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and supporting nursing staff in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing operations
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations
- Monitor nursing staff performance to ensure duties are performed according to job descriptions
- Conduct daily rounds to maintain and enhance nursing care standards
- Participate in state and federal surveys and inspections
- Address staff concerns and escalate complaints or grievances to the Director of Nursing Services as appropriate
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
- Prior nursing home or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
