Luxe Healthcare is seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Regional Nurse Consultant (RN) to provide clinical leadership and regulatory oversight for our premier Palm Beach County campuses:

• Luxe at Wellington
• Luxe at Jupiter
• The Cascades at Delray (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living & Independent Living)
• Prosper
• Westgate

As our Regional Nurse Consultant, you'll serve as the clinical leader supporting multiple facilities by:

• Leading regulatory compliance and maintaining continuous CMS/AHCA survey readiness
• Coaching and mentoring Directors of Nursing and clinical leadership teams
• Driving improvements in Five-Star Quality Measures, infection prevention, hospital readmissions, falls, and pressure injury outcomes
• Conducting clinical audits, mock surveys, and quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting MDS accuracy, clinical documentation, and reimbursement performance
• Partnering with Executive Leadership to promote operational excellence and resident-centered care
• Assisting facilities during surveys, leadership transitions, and strategic clinical initiatives

• Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience
• Previous Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or Regional Nurse Consultant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, AHCA standards, MDS, infection prevention, and quality improvement
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the Palm Beach region
