We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse. Rate: $28.06 per hour. Part‑Time and Perdiem only.

• Periodically review the resident's discharge plan and participate in its updating as needed.
• Complete accident/incident reports for submission to the Nursing Department by the end of your shift.
• Make daily rounds of your unit to ensure nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments.
• Inform nursing personnel of new admissions, expected arrival time, room assignment, etc.
• Participate in orientation of new residents/family members to the facility.
• Arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services as ordered by the physician.
• Notify the resident's attending physician and family member when there is a change in the resident's condition.

• Current licensure in Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current BLS certification.
• One year experience as a staff nurse in a hospital, long‑term care facility, or other medical care facility with at least 6 months supervisory experience.
