Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a full-time Palliative and Hospice Care APRN to join our compassionate, patient-centered team. The APRN will partner with palliative care physicians and an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive assessments, symptom management, and care coordination for patients with serious illness.
Education and licensure:
Master’s in Nursing, Florida ARNP license, and DEA; CPR certification from ARC or AHA. ACHPN preferred.
