Empath Health’s Trustbridge Hospice seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care across Palm Beach County. Per diem 7:00am - 3:30pm with weekend availability; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
As a CNA on our hospice team, you will deliver compassionate care under RN/LPN guidance, assisting with ADLs, maintaining a clean environment, and offering support to patients and families.
