Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric & Adult Home Health | Private Duty Nursing

What You’ll Do

• Provide personalized nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients with complex needs in their homes.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians, therapists, and other team members.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
• Educate and support families with in‑home care techniques.
• Document visits and care notes in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with the clinical supervisor and participate in case conferences.
• Serve as a trusted part of a long‑term care team focused on safety, comfort, and continuity.

• Active RN license and CPR certification.
• Clinical experience preferred; new graduates with passion are welcome.
• Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills.

Pay Range: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour.
