Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call
Concierge Home Care is hiring an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor
. This is a unique leadership opportunity for an RN who enjoys mentoring clinicians, supporting clinical excellence, and maintaining a manageable patient caseload.

- Salary: $85+ (based on experience)
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (per policy)

- Conduct co-visits to train and support field clinicians
- Lead clinical onboarding and orientation sessions
- Complete competency evaluations and skill validations
- Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance
- Perform patient assessments,
OASIS documentation
, and care planning - Deliver skilled nursing care, including:
- Chronic and acute disease management
- Medication management
- Wound care and post‑surgical care
- Pain management
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
- Travel within Sarasota County and surrounding areas as needed
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday
- No nights, weekends, or on‑call requirements
- Base salary + bonus opportunities + optional visit earnings
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of home health experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
- Experience with Well Sky/Kinnser EMR (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Structured onboarding into the Preceptor role
- Ongoing leadership development and training
- Free Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
