Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Role: Registered Nurse providing safe, comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process.

• Perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient responses.
• Coordinate and supervise care of assigned staff, perform charge duties, and manage patient documentation accurately.
• Administer medications, including pain management, blood products, and treatments per hospital protocols.
• Identify patient needs, educate patients and families, and explain procedures and interventions.
• Assess skin integrity, fall risk, medication responses, and respond to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and utilize evidence-based tools for patient care.
• Meet licensing and certification requirements, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI within specified time frames.
