Responsibilities:
Provide wound care services to residents, including assessing, evaluating, and treating wounds, as well as educating patients and families on wound care management
Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote wound healing and prevent future wounds
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
Perform wound dressing changes, debridement, and other treatments as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed wound care records and reports
Stay current with evidence-based wound care practices and guidelines
