As a Nurse Supervisor, (RN) or (LPN) at Aviata at Coral Bay in West Palm Beach, Florida, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. About the Role:
As an RN or LPN Supervisor, you will oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
You will supervise staff and coordinate patient care with other facility personnel, ensuring that care is delivered with compassion, kindness, and respect.
You will also supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
