Health RN

HCA Healthcare seeks an Employee Health RN to support the health, safety, and well-being of our caregivers. In this role, you will conduct health assessments, immunizations, and screenings; manage employee exposures and return-to-work clearances; and promote infection prevention across our facility. You'll collaborate with leaders and clinical teams to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate health records. Responsibilities

• Perform employee health assessments, immunizations, and routine screenings
• Manage employee exposures, injury follow-up, and return-to-work evaluations
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee health and immunization records in EHR systems
• Support infection prevention initiatives and compliance with OSHA and facility policies
• Provide health education and counseling to staff on wellness and safety topics
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on employee health programs
• Assist with onboarding health clearances for new hires and annual updates
• Monitor trends in employee illness/injury and recommend preventive actions
