About This Role
Join NYU Langone Health as a Per Diem Registered Nurse in the Operating Room in West Palm Beach. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to providing safe and compassionate patient care.

- Department/Unit: Operating Room
- Schedule: Per Diem
- Adhere to patient care and nursing standards in care delivery.
- Engage in self‑assessment and peer review for professional development.
- Serve as a support, resource, and preceptor for nursing staff and students.
- Comply with annual education and mandatory/regulatory requirements.
- Organize staff assignments to ensure appropriate delegation of activities.
- Comply with unit‑based and organizational professional standards.
- Analyze achievement of unit throughput efficiencies and metrics.
- Coordinate and direct unit activities to provide patient care.
- Evaluate the patient's progress towards expected outcomes.
- Educate the patient/family regarding health status and established plan of care.
Education:
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required
- 2 years of OR experience required
Certifications:
- Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York
