This is a unique opportunity to lead and strengthen an existing Women’s Services program while helping shape the future of a brand-new acute care hospital campus serving the growing Palm Beach County community.

• Lead and elevate Labor & Delivery and Women’s Services operations
• Drive clinical quality, patient safety, and service excellence
• Build strong relationships with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Help shape the future of L&D, Postpartum, Nursery, and Women’s Services
• Support strategic growth and program development
• Play a key role in designing operations for a new hospital environment
• Create lasting improvements and leave your professional mark on a growing program

This role is ideal for a leader who wants to build, improve, and shape the future rather than simply maintain the status quo.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS
• NRP
• ACLS
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
