Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at North Lake Care Center, a premier provider of sub-acute medical care, Rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care in Lake Park, Florida. As an LPN at North Lake Care Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to "Setting Standards in Home Health Care."

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and injections under the supervision of a registered nurse

• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients and their families

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

As a part-time LPN, you will work 12-hour shifts on nights and be an integral part of our dedicated team. Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
