• Perform inspections on incoming, in‑process, and final parts and accurately document findings.
• Inspect firearms manufactured, assembled, or repaired internally or by outside vendors.
• Identify discrepancies and clearly document defects or nonconformities.
• Maintain organized, accurate inspection records.
• Report inspection results to the Quality Manager.
• Use essential measurement and testing equipment, including calipers, micrometers (required), CMM, Keyence, and Rockwell hardness testers
  .
• Cross-train and assist with various quality functions as needed.
• Solid understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and final inspection processes.

• Experience using Keyence systems and CMM (Calypso/Zeiss).
• Previous experience with ERP systems.

This is a Permanent position based out of West Palm Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $45,000.00 - $50,000.00/yr.

Medical, dental and vision - PTO available as well and paid holiday time.

This is a fully onsite position in West Palm Beach, FL.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 27, 2026.
