This company has built a strong reputation for quality, creativity, and continuous improvement - and is looking for a hands-on QA leader to help take their food safety program to the next level.

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Manager position. You'll own the QA function end-to-end - from daily floor inspections and compliance oversight to leading a small team of internally trained technicians. Expect a healthy split between production floor presence and administrative responsibilities. Lead and develop a team of 2-3 QA technicians

Oversee all quality assurance and quality control processes across production

Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective action procedures

Ensure continuous compliance with industry regulations and food safety standards

Drive SQF/GFSI audit readiness at all times - this is a non-negotiable expectation

Collaborate cross-functionally with production and sanitation teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence

Maintain and improve quality management systems and documentation

Proven experience in QA/QC within a food or dairy manufacturing environment

Minimum of 4 completed SQF or GFSI audits as the lead auditor

Strong working knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards

Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail

Proficiency in quality management systems and tools

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field

Annual base salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
