Luxury Client Advisor

Our client is a renowned fashion designer based in New York, known for creating luxurious and timeless pieces for women. The brand offers a wardrobe of clean, sophisticated, and functional designs that resonate with the modern client's lifestyle. Currently, they are looking to add a Luxury Client Advisor to their team.

$55k - $65k Annually + Commission

The Luxury Client Advisor will be responsible for providing an elevated client experience while driving retail sales and building lasting client relationships. This individual will serve as a trusted style advisor, embodying the brand's aesthetic and ensuring each client receives personalized service.

• Deliver exceptional client service, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Act as a style expert and brand ambassador, offering wardrobe guidance and styling recommendations.
• Consistently drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Foster a welcoming, luxury client experience in-store.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current fashion trends.

• Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a client-first mindset.

• Knowledge of both women's and men's fashion trends and styling techniques.
• Established client book within the luxury fashion industry.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field is preferred.
