* Responsibilities include:

*** Responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service.
* Provide direct support to the Store Management by assisting with maintaining daily operations and operating procedures, as well as shipping/receiving and use.
* Responsible for opening and closing procedures.
* Initiate and build relationships and core personal business through creative selling and use of a client book. Following through on all steps of the Retail Excellence program.
* Exceed monthly sales goals on a consistent basis, establish weekly sales plan and selling strategies.
* Assist in maintaining the visual and general maintenance of the selling floor.
* Handle customer's repairs from start to finish.
* Advise clients about the best fit of pieces according to their needs.
* Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
* Complete other projects that are assigned by the General Manager and Associate Manager of the boutique.
** Qualifications include:
*** Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment - previous luxury experience preferred.
* Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, as well as retail Point of Sale systems.
* Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment.
* Ability to multi-task with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities
