Supervisors contribute as an integral member of the store management team by implementing strategies and ensuring operational excellence that support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing sales strategies and monitoring performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coaching and mentoring team members.
• Managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires:

• Strong interpersonal skills to support, assist, and coach associates.
• Compliance with all Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
• Consistent achievement of or exceeding sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs., move frequently, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation; 18years or older.

Compensation: $13.65–$22.75 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications (minimum of local/state/federal minimum wage).
