Game Stop - 2491 East Okeechobee Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service to all customers;
Promptly process purchases and returns using the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately;
Respond to guest questions in person or by phone and escalate issues to the Store Manager when needed;
Promote guest benefits and loyalty programs (e.g., reservations, trade-in, Pro Rewards);
Assist the Store Manager with onboarding/training of store associates and supervise staff in the absence of the Store Manager
