Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. The candidate should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment. This role includes creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high-performing team.

- Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events and customer relationship management.
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Develop and manage a high-performing team, including setting expectations and supporting professional growth.
- Coordinate in-store events and promotions to drive store performance.
- Collaborate with store leadership to ensure effective front-line marketing and execution of brand standards.
- Monitor operations and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Experience in business planning, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
- Retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Experience creating and executing in-store events.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
