Retail Shift Leader

Location: 4606 Australian Ave. W. Palm Beach, Florida 33407

Pay Range: $16.00/hr to $17.50/hr

EZCORP is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead daily operations and build strong customer relationships. The role includes training, supervision, and direct sales responsibilities, with a pathway to lead pawnbroker and assistant manager positions.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate satisfactory terms for pawned items.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Supervise, coach, and develop store team members.
• Promote sales and assist customers in purchasing pawn items.
• Ensure a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Strong organizational, judgment, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of common pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background and bilingual ability are a plus.
• Must adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
