What You'll Do
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Manager who is fluent in both English and Spanish to lead and grow a regional sales team. You'll be on the ground daily, managing client relationships, developing strategies to win new business, and coaching your team to hit ambitious targets.
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key decision-makers.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a field sales team across your territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead sales presentations to close deals.
- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to refine strategy.
- Support pricing and negotiations by collaborating with vendors and internal departments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying challenges and offering tailored solutions.
- Drive team performance through goal setting, tracking, and regular field training.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in distribution or related sectors.
- 1+ year of experience managing or leading field sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Food Service, Jan/San, Hospitality, or Healthcare verticals is a plus.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel throughout Broward, Palm Beach, Collier, and Lee counties. Ideal candidate lives in the Boca Raton or Deerfield Beach area.
Knowledge & Experience
- 3 to 5+ years of relevant services and solutions sales experience
- 1+ years of experience with field sales management
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Food, Hospitality, Janitorial, and Sanitation business is a plus.
- Track record of successfully applying selling and strategic business skills to achieve or exceed revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
- English and Spanish required.

Training
