Sales Coordinator (On-site in office)The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the wholesale sales organization by ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, exceptional account service, and strong internal coordination. This position partners closely with Sales Directors, Sales Managers, and Customer Service to help drive sales growth, maintain brand standards, and support strategic wholesale partners across department stores, specialty retailers, and international accounts.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong communication skills and interest in luxury and relationship-based sales.
Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of support for the sales team and assigned wholesale accounts for both Michael Aram and Anabel Aram Jewelry brands.
- Assist with order entry, revisions, confirmations, and follow-up to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Support account setup, maintenance, and ongoing account needs.
- Assist the sales team with new account prospecting.
- Create and maintain sales tools and materials that support the sales team and help drive sales growth.
- Partner with the Customer Service team to ensure highest level of service across all accounts
- Assist the sales team in preparing for and supporting seasonal markets with new collection presentations and ensure all communications and materials reflect Michael Aram’s brand standards.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, wholesale sales support, or retail operations.
- Experience in luxury, home, tabletop, gift, or fashion jewelry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and Shopify systems and Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud are a plus.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and multitasking.
- Ability to travel to seasonal trade shows.
