is hiring a boots-on-the-ground sales rep to own and grow Southwest Florida.

is hiring a boots-on-the-ground sales rep to own and grow Southwest Florida.

• Prospect GCs, municipalities, HOAs, schools, and sports facilities
• Visit job sites, city offices, and pre-bid meetings
• Manage long-cycle deals ($25K–$500K+) from first conversation to close
• Track pipeline, follow-ups, and forecasts in CRM

This is a hunter + closer role. Territory ownership. Real accountability.

Do not apply unless you have:

• 3+ years outside / field sales experience
• Closed $25K+ construction or B2B service deals
• Comfort prospecting face-to-face
• Strong CRM discipline
• Residence in or near Fort Myers / SW Florida

• GC, municipal, HOA, or school relationships
• Bid / RFP experience
• Commission-heavy background
