Position: Outside Sales Representative (luxury real estate)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing sales with real estate agents, developers, and property investors. You will use Hub Spot CRM to manage your sales pipeline, track interactions, and report on key metrics.

Additionally, this position contributes to quality customer service and helps the sales team meet its targets. This position will also support the team in following up with prospects and expanding the pipeline. Ability to speak with prospects and clients is critical. You must be flexible, quick to adapt and comfortable multi‑tasking.

You will:
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and attending industry events.
  • Schedule and conduct face‑to‑face meetings with realtors, brokers, developers, and investors to promote our home staging services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using Hub Spot CRM.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships by providing outstanding service and consistent follow‑up.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored staging solutions to maximize property value and speed of sale.
  • Collaborate with the staging team to ensure a seamless client experience from sales through project execution.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Stay up to date with real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in Hub Spot CRM.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience
    , preferably in real estate, interior design, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
    .
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and/or home staging process is a plus.
  • Experience with Hub Spot CRM or similar sales management platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
