• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
• Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology exposure
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required (10‑15% overnight travel)
• Residency within a reasonable distance to the assigned district
• Knowledge of oncology sales, account management, and customer relationship management

• 2+ years of oncology field‑based sales experience
• Strong performance history in a sales or clinical oncology role
• Experience with data analysis and market analysis in a healthcare context
• Familiarity with the workings of multidisciplinary care teams and cancer treatment pathways
