We don’t require sales experience – just a strong work ethic and an ability to connect with a variety of people.
Responsibilities- Respond to job leads by visiting clients’ homes in our service territory
- Build rapport and ask open‑ended questions to understand how we can serve clients
- Assess damage within the home and propose potential solutions
- Follow up with clients on questions and issues
- Communicate internally with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity

Uncapped base plus bonus structure with on‑target earning (OTE) of $125,000 with the opportunity to exceed.
