Max Retail is an online marketplace that connects over 2,500 brands and retailers to sell excess inventory. This platform provides exposure to a wide network of online and offline retailers, helping businesses turn inventory faster and improve sell-through rates.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Executive located in our West Palm Beach, FL office. The Account Executive will be responsible for inbound and outbound cold calling, customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

What You'll Do:

• Research and identify potential leads
• Reach out to prospects via email, phone
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Schedule meetings and demos
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Hubspot CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts
• Continuously learn and improve your sales techniques through coaching and training

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 0-3 years of experience
• A positive, coachable attitude and a hunger to learn
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
• No prior sales experience required — we’ll train you!

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Account Management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in retail or sales industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Compensation - $40-$50k (Forgivable Annual Draw) plus commission OTE $65-$85k
