Base pay range $90,000 to $100,000 with potential earnings of $140,000 to $160,000

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who combines outstanding leadership capabilities with solid business development skills to join the team as a Sales Manager (Building Materials).

This position pays a competitive salary with bonus potential. We support you with a proprietary CRM system, online and classroom training tools, mobile ordering, and virtual showroom tours. We also offer a benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.

• Oversee a staff of 3-6 employees
• Increase productivity of each employee and ensure that profitability goals for showroom are consistently achieved and exceeded
• Assign Membership leads to prospect territories, and assign marketing territories to Account Managers
• Actively review marketing contracts by Account Managers for quality and quantity
• Track Memberships sold and activated during various periods of Membership
• Track appointments for showroom visits and walk‑in visits
• Design and implement methods for increasing new member leads
• Measure, track, and analyze sales performance by individuals and sales team as a whole
• Recruit and hire new Account Managers when needed
• Ensure newly-hired employees are trained and certified in the Pro Source National Onboarding process
• Develop results‑driven sales goals and action plans to help Account Managers achieve goals
• Manage the showroom's reward and recognition programs
• Select and price showroom merchandise
• Maintain a professional level of knowledge about flooring, and Kitchen and Bath products
• Plan and manage showroom promotions

• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4‑year college/university or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of related sales management experience. Wholesale sales or flooring experience a plus
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence
• Experience with Profit and Loss statements
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data and to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and general internet skills
