What You Will Be Doing:
* Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from translation services, compile contact lists, and initiate outreach through cold emails, phone calls, or social media.
* Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
* Help track sales pipeline activities and manage client relationships using CRM software
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
* Analyze data to identify new opportunities and provide insights that can inform the sales strategy.
* With supervision, engage with prospective and existing clients to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up on proposals.
* Ensure that client requests and feedback are promptly communicated to the sales team.
* Help generate and update sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.
* Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reviews.

Who We Are Looking For:

Your experience includes:
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Sales experience preferred
* Studying toward a bachelor’s degree
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work with and learn from diverse groups/people/concepts
* Effective time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
