Territory Sales Manager

Location: Miami-Dade, Broward County, West Palm Beach, and Ft. Pierce, FL

Compensation: From $100,000 per year

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional who excels at building strong customer relationships and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the concrete industry and a proven track record of driving sales growth within the construction market.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Concrete Account Executive, Territory Sales Representative, or similar sales role within the construction industry.
  • Direct experience selling ready-mix concrete and/or concrete block products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Well-established network and respected reputation within the construction industry.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell ready-mix concrete and concrete block products to commercial and residential construction customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and construction projects.
  • Establish new customer accounts and project opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, contractors, developers, vendors, and community stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, performance metrics, and revenue targets.
  • Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns while ensuring exceptional service.
  • Coordinate effectively with customer service, accounting, operations, and other internal departments.
  • Assist with accounts receivable collections when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
  • Attend onsite meetings and collaborate regularly with internal teams.
Requirements
  • Concrete industry sales experience is required.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Must be able to attend onsite meetings at the Miami office.
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional, safety-focused, and drug-free work environment.
Preferred Background

Candidates with established relationships among general contractors, subcontractors, developers, builders, and construction firms throughout South Florida will be highly regarded.
