LocationThis position is based out of our Atlantic Filter retail location in West Palm Beach, FL. We specialize in the sale and installation of water treatment solutions.
Primary FunctionAssist customers with improving the quality of their water. Facilitate the marketing, sales, installation, and service of water treatment solutions.
Responsibilities- Facilitate the sale of water treatment systems
- Key contributor to marketing and growth initiatives
- Coordinate the installation and service of residential and commercial water treatment solutions
- Diagnose customers’ water conditions and recommend proper treatment solutions for the family’s needs and wants
- Provide quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and company expectations have been met
- Assist with the scheduling of service and sales appointments and direct customer questions to the appropriate department
- Build long‑term relationships with customers
- Communicate consistently and effectively with management, service/installation teams, and customer service departments
- Submit daily sales results to the supervisor and update the lead tracking system
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years sales experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, e‑mail, and Windows
- Respond promptly to customer needs and requests for service and assistance
- Complete administrative tasks correctly and on time
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Must have a clean drug test and be subject to random drug testing
- Plumbing license or WQA certification preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing and/or electronics preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
