• Develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships to increase market share within assigned territories.
• Prospect new business opportunities and cultivate long-term customer partnerships.
• Assist customers with financing options, contracts, and closing sales.
• Deliver and transport equipment to customer locations as needed.
• Promote equipment sales and rental solutions.
• Showcase the value of our Parts and Service Departments to support customer success.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift to 50 lbs.
