Position:Wholesale Branch Sales Representative – HVAC Products
Location:
West Palm Beach – Port Saint Lucie
The Wholesale Branch Sales Representative reports to the Branch Sales Manager and focuses on growing sales of our entire product offering to an assigned account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs, and building relationships. The role is eligible for performance‑based bonuses and incentives.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maximize Sales Potential:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential. - Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
- Identify Growth Opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
- Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
- Leverage monthly and seasonal promotions to maximize customer engagement.
- Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
- Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on product stocking levels.
- Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
- Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers.
- Learn and utilize internal industry‑leading technology offerings.
- Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
- Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
- Occasional travel may be required for training sessions, professional development opportunities, meetings, or other work‑related activities.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly energetic, motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic.
- Proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment.

- Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred (not required).
