POSITIONOVERVIEW
The Sales Associate will work directly alongside the Sales Director to support the successful sale of The Halcyon. This is a client-first role for someone who brings polish, discretion, warmth, and a genuine understanding of the luxury buyer and the Naples market. The position offers meaningful involvement across buyer engagement, gallery operations, market intelligence, and transaction support, all within a collaborative setting that reflects the calibre of the product.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Partner closely with the Sales Director to help execute sales strategy and achieve project goals
- Engage with prospective buyers and broker networks, providing detailed project knowledge and considered follow-up
- Welcome and guide prospective buyers through thoughtful presentations within the sales gallery environment
- Prepare and maintain competitive market analyses to inform pricing, positioning, and sales strategy
- Support transaction coordination with accuracy and care, ensuring documentation and internal reporting are consistently maintained
- Maintain organized records within CRM and internal tracking systems
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support launches, broker events, and ongoing sales initiatives
- Represent The Halcyon with professionalism, discretion, and a welcoming presence befitting a luxury waterfront development
- Proven experience in luxury residential real estate, new development sales, or high-end hospitality
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a genuine client-first mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized, with careful attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret market data and competitive trends
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and real estate technology platforms
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, supportive, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, broker events, and project launches
- Bilingual Spanish language skills are desirable, reflecting The Halcyon's international buyer profile
The role is based within The Halcyon's dedicated on-site sales gallery, a refined, client-facing environment designed to reflect the quality of the development itself. The successful candidate will be part of a close, engaged team with exposure to curated broker events, project launches, luxury lifestyle initiatives, and direct access to sales leadership throughout.
REPORTING STRUCTURE- Reports directly to the Sales Director
- Works closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Development Partners
- Plays an important individual role in the overall success of The Halcyon sales program
