Job Description
The Convenience Sales Rep will manage an estimated 300 store territory to ensure flawless execution of business KPIs. The role focuses on expanding distribution, executing shelving principles, activating promotions and secondary displays, and delivering against revenue growth management principles.
Time Allocation
- In-Store Selling – 70%
- Drive Time – 30%
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through execution of perfect store principles.
- Record weekly activity and customer intel in Salesforce; assess route list viability and provide feedback.
- Track store and account level KPIs; analyze data to identify improvement and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers to drive partnership; employ selling, negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities; share insights with the team.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with diverse customers.
- Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self‑directed with strong time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary and Benefits
The base salary ranges from $45,000 to $50,000, dependent on experience, skills, education, and location. Eligibility for a competitive bonus program is provided with the possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
